摘要：
At the beginning of the 20th century, with Ezra Pound's translation and re-creation, classical Chinese poems went to the West and played a more and more important role in the development of the following literary movements. This paper intends to analyze the features of Ezra Pound's creative translation in Cathay and the seeking of common aesthetic experience between Pound's Imagist poems and the classical Chinese poetry, and reveal the influence of classical Chinese poetry on Ezra Pound's Imagist poems.
