摘要
The biomedical research is based on routines which can be described via organization charts. Generally, data processing and their flow through organization we can put in information systems. For laboratory environment, we can have the same in that point of view. The reason is not only to control workflow. Collected data are usually stored in both digital or written form but only centrally administrated can bring maximal gain. Effectiveness is done by a system which fully corresponds with company requirements. To choose an appropriate information system is not a short period task and is necessary to understand procedures as well as program creating process. To find a suitable solution for common campus laboratory management lead us to process described in this paper.
