In vitro experimental tests regarding the effects of some desinfectants over Eimeria spp. oochists sporulation

摘要：
The experiment had the goal of testing the effect of disinfectants (formol and cloramine) in the process of Eimeria spp. oochist sporulation. The ARP program has been used for the analysis of the obtained data. The final results revealed a very good efficiency of the chloramine disinfectant so that oochist sporulation had been stopped at concentrations of 10%, 20% and 40% during the whole experiment. The formol had a medium efficiency even at 15%-20% concentrations.
