摘要
The reliability and stability of the high-frequency circuit (HFC) in microwave structure affect the overall performance of the microwave tube directly. During use the microwave tube, various mechanical shocks and vibration stresses make the dynamic performance of the HFC in microwave tube very strict. It is significant to project corresponding numerical simulation software used in optimize the structure design of microwave tube. In this paper, using the finite element method, a software package Mechanics Simulator for modal (MCS-M) which is a part of Microwave Tube Simulator Suite (MTSS) and can be used for modal analysis of HFC in microwave tube was developed. To validate MCS-M, numerical results for a helix slow-wave structure is shown compared with ANSYS.
