摘要：
The goal of my presentation is to explain the impact of new legal emendation of Insolvency Act, which was brought by the law no.7/2005 of Legal code about the bankruptcy and the restructuring and came to force on July 1st, 2005 in Slovak Republic, and Act of Insolvency and Its Resolution (Insolvency Act), which was brought by the law no. 182/2006 of Legal Code and came to force on January 1st, 2008 in Czech Republic, on the rule of law, legal system, system of rules; to compare the insolvency law from the point of new emendations of the laws, point to institutes the brought change in comparison to previous legal emendations. The ultimate goal of the author is to point to certain problems of insolvency law and provide own opinion on the subject and to attempt to provide own consideration de lege ferenda.
