摘要
The competition is expanded from individual organizations to value chains of real estate enterprises in the 21st century. Facing the environment from both inside and outside which changes continuously, the real estate enterprises must improve their core competence continually, which is the key for the winding status in the market competition. This paper analyzes the internal and external value chain constitution and the elements of core competence, then presents the current situation of real estate enterprises' value chain management in China. In the light of insufficiency of the internal and external value chain management, the paper provides suggestions to improve the real estate enterprises' core competence by optimizing value chain management, including: expanding financing channels; establishing the collectivization strategic development alliance; improving the capacity of layout; building up brand images with a customer satisfaction orientation.
