摘要：

In Marxist Human Theory, the value and the free development of man is the top priority, in addition, the impact of practice on human development is emphasized. Marxist Human Theory provides the direct theoretical basis to the teaching reform in colleges and universities. Under this theoretical guidance, the teaching aim should be focused on the process, the teaching content should be more specific, and the teaching method should be changed into the bidirectional interaction mode.
