摘要：
We describe a case of lichenoid graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) occurring along the distribution of Blaschko's lines, 8 months after bone marrow transplantation. Although the exact mechanism for this unusual distribution of GVHD is unknown, it is believed to be a result of cellular mosaicism. We review the literature on this unusual linear lichenoid eruption.
