摘要
In this paper a novel method for low-cost grid connection of photovoltaic systems is proposed. The main idea for cost reduction is based on usage of B4 four switch three-phase dc to ac inverter. Also, it is capable of reactive and harmonic compensation and if it is used in the neighborhood of nonlinear loads, separate equipments for load compensation will not be needed. In addition to all, during outage of grid, this system will continue to supply local loads. Finally, in order to validate the accuracy of the proposed control strategy, grid connected PV system is simulated based on MATLAB/Simulink.
