摘要：
This paper focuses on the problem of e-Government digital archives management in China(1). It firstly depicts the background of e-Government progress of China, and then points out the knowledge utilization challenge of e-Government digital archives. What's following is an introduction of a project, which aims at making digital archives in a provincial archives bureau easy to use for civil servants. The main approach of this project is ontology related technology, including the building of knowledge base and the realization of knowledge retrieval system. It's actually a knowledge management solution for digital archives.
