摘要：
With rapid development of China's economy and acceleration of industrialization and urbanization for over 30 years, most central cities have encountered transit and environmental problems caused by expansion of city size and mechanization of ground transit. As a safe, efficient and fast transit mode of large capacity and energy conservation, urban rail transit has become the best choice for various cities to solve transit and environmental problems. In this paper, we introduce features of urban rail transit, then we research current situation and existing problems of urban rail transit industry development in China, and suggest the developing direction of urban rail transit industry.
