摘要
The development of complex 3D tissue cultures for pharmaceutical and biochemical testing becomes more and more important. Therefore the main challenge is the preservation of the biological 3D microenvironment. One solution is a hollow fibre network acting as artificial vasculare system supplied by a perfusion micro bioreactor with an integrated micropump system.
