摘要：

This paper mainly discusses the following aspects: (1) the update theoretical development and literature overview on the effect of technology spillovers, (2) frame the model of endogenous economy growth based on the effect of technology spillovers; (3) empirical analysis and test the effect of FDI on Chinese economic growth in a framework of cross-county regressions utilizing data on FDI flows from foreign countries and areas to 29 provinces, MUCGs(municipalities under the Central Government), and autonomous regions provinces in China over the last two decades; (4) whether the unbalanced distribution of FDI in China enlarges the differences of economy development among regions, (5) Conclusions.
