摘要：

The paper focuses on the development of engineering education in Estonia. After regaining independence in 1991, integration into the international (European) educational network became the first priority. New curricula of academic (Bachelor, Master, Doctor) and diploma studies were introduced at Tallinn Technical University. A higher educational quality assurance system has been launched.
