摘要
With the development of urbanization, urban industrial land expands constantly. Due to the urban spatial expansion, it is the primary mission that we should control industrial land expansion under a reasonable state, and improve land utilization efficiency. In this paper, the author uses basic Game Theory constructing a benefit function, which helps to analyze the interest conflicts while in the process of urban industrial land spatial expansion between the two main components, the government and factories. By this, the author put forward some suggestion to the government that they should guide the factories' location behavior to control the urban industrial land spatial expansion.
