摘要
This paper describes a new model of selecting places for a new venture business. This new model which has three-layer structure for venture incubation has been proposed. I extracted 360 companies out of 560 companies which did IPO since 2000. I performed survey about the geographical convenience of these companies. In addition, I interviewed some managers on the issue of place selection at the time of their new venture creation.
