摘要
Biosynthesis method yields material with high chemical purity and uniform particle size distribution. We report on the green synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles using of ethanolic extract of typha latifolia.L leaf without using toxic chemicals. The obtained ZnO nanoparticles properties such as Crystallite size, morphology, band gap, elemental composition have been studied by using XRD, SEM, UV, EDAX and FTIR measurements. The photo-degradation studies were carried out with ZnO nanoparticle. It was found that the ZnO nanoparticles have significantly better photo-degradation efficiency than the bulk ZnO.
