摘要
The wide application of the Internet e-commerce trade in the international trade is bring about a new revolution in the field of the international trade. On the one hand, the Internet e-commerce trade has played an active role in promoting the development of the international trade. The application of the EDI technology has simplified the trade process, and improved the efficiency of the trade, so that the operation and management mode of the foreign trade enterprises and the ways of the government regulations have undergone the changes. The Internet e-commerce trade expands the scope of the subjects of the trade, and promotes the development of the service trade and the technological trade. On the other hand, the Internet e-commerce trade has deteriorated the conditions of the trade in the developing countries, and also led to the losses of a large number of the taxes, which has brought a negative impact on the development of the international trade. From a global perspective, although the development of the international Internet e-commerce trade is still not balanced, the trend of the development is good. The paperless trade is the development trend of the international trade in the future. China, as the world's second largest trading country, should-follow the trend of the development of the international trade, and vigorously develop the Internet e-commerce trade, so that we can change from a large trading country to a strong trading power. Since the entering of the twenty-first century, the Internet e-commerce trade is developing at an amazing speed and is widely used in the field of the international trade. The traditional international trade has suffered a great impact, and it has promoted the development of the international trade in the paperless direction. The Internet e-commerce trade has provided a rare opportunity for the development of the international trade, and has also brought the unprecedented challenges. Although China's Internet e-commerce trade started late, the momentum of its development is strong. After joining the WTO ten years ago, the strategic position of China's foreign trade in the national economy is increasing. How to deal with the challenges brought by the WTO and the development of the Internet e-commerce trade and turn the challenges into the opportunities is related to not only the future and the destiny of the foreign trade enterprises in China, but also the sustainable development of China's economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the impact and its application status of the Internet e-commerce trade on the international trade, to promote our country to fully use the Internet e-commerce trade to carry out the international trade.
