摘要
In view of present situation that the designers in small-to-medium enterprises are difficult to perform finite element analysis in products development, a solution that the secondary development based on commercial finite element analysis software is given. The technical keys such as the parametric modeling and template of the secondary development of finite element analysis are discussed. In order to realize the parameterization and automation in finite element analysis, ANSYS software is selected to redevelop with Visual C++ and ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) as tools. In this way, the finite element analysis is executed while designer only submits input parameter. The finite element analysis of the frame is taken as a example, the secondary development program is described in detail. New approach for the secondary development of finite element analysis of mechanical components is given.
