摘要：
Firstly this paper expatiates on the definition, forms, charateristics and process of Asset Securitization, one of the newly-applied financial instruments in China, Then based on the experience of foreign country, it analyses the development prospects of Asset Securitization in China. In the end, this paper comes to a conclusion that facing the challenges of WTO, it is advisable to apply Asset Securitization in China to enhance risk-resisting ability and maintain financial safety of China's financial industry.
