摘要：
Focused on matching mechanism between external environmental factors, internal organizational characters and dimensions of information systems(IS) strategy, The paper firstly identifies 4 key factors which affect IS strategy, including environmental dynamics, competitive intensity, organizational complexity and organizational size. Then the relational model is built, and relative hypotheses are formulated. Finally, data from 159 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is inputted into the Structural Equation Model to test above conceptual model and relative hypothesis, which will discover the matching mechanism between dimensions of IS strategy and IS strategic analysis factors.
