摘要
It is common understanding that human should transfer to sustainable development (SD). Business is expected to take more responsibility for this transfer in the globalization era. Traditionally, business management system about corporation social responsibility (CSR) is focused on corporation behavior. Other organizations do not play active role, and there is not enough exterior monitor in the process. Organizational learning is limited among sectors in company to get sustainable innovation and dynamics by business management theory. I suggest a new multi-organizational learning model in this paper, which is not limited in one corporation, but involve all relevant stakeholders. All organizations are connected by some communicate platforms to learn, diffuse, probe SD knowledge and "good practices". The multi-organizational learning is expected to prevent green washing either. Multi-organizational learning is more meaningful in China because corporations do not have enough motility to take environmental and social responsibility voluntarily, and all organizations need to strengthen SD knowledge and practice ability.
