摘要
Space charge accumulation characteristics in super engineering plastics, the polymer materials available at 150 degrees C or more, were investigated under dc high stress at high temperature to apply them as insulating materials of power electric devices. Since the materials must show a good insulating properties under such severe condition, the space charge accumulation behavior, which is one of important factor to evaluate insulating performance, were observed.
