摘要
The paper presents the CAM technology used to save expensive raw material and to achieve maximum dimensional and shape precision. The cutting forces developed during the machining process are distributed on the setting surface. Using this technology, the flatness of the surface is conserved even if the machined layer is stressed by the primary technology. The parallelism of the inner opposite sealing faces of the ring is excellent due to the same machining line which conserves the axes backlash for both pair of faces. The bending forces caused by vacuum distribution are cancelled by opposite support on the selling device. The CAD modelling of the parts and the setting device are presented as application for filled plastic parts and also for lead bronze parts.
