摘要：

The evaluation indicators of the independent innovation capacity of enterprises are reduced with the attribute reduction basic algorithm of rough set. Through the entropy weight method, indicators weights are determined objectively. And then, an improved TOPSIS based on connection degree is proposed and is used to get the synthetic evaluation. At last, certain city's high-tech enterprises as a specific example are given to get the final priorities of the independent innovation capacity of various types of high tech enterprises. Compared with the evaluation result get by the traditional TOPSIS, it is proved that the evaluation method is feasible and effective.
