摘要
We demonstrate the fabrication of 3D microstructures which display motion under the influence of a magnetic field. This is achieved by forming a coating of iron, known for its ferromagnetic properties, on 3D microstructures fabricated by Multiphoton Lithography. Pulsed Laser Deposition is the technique used to produce the iron coating. It is a simple and fast method that can be employed using a variety of materials. Movement of magnetic microstructures inside a liquid in response to a magnetic field has been observed. (C) 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
