摘要
The process of collecting students feedback is a very important strategy for monitoring the standards and quality of teaching and learning, so through this paper we want to examine students satisfaction in higher education, regarding three different disciplines (Seamanship, Mathematics and Electrotechnics) from the Faculty of Navigation and Naval Transport, Navigation and Naval Transport Specialization of Constanta Maritime University. For this we used a questionnaire with closed questions with ranked answers (on a scale from 1 to 5) representing degrees of satisfaction regarding the educational process. The research was conducted for three years (2010-2013), between June-July and the sample size used for the report consisted of 120 students. Thru the questionnaire we tried to establish students satisfaction regarding the disciplines, course/ seminar activities, professors behavior and skills and also professors availability regarding students.
