摘要
Innovation as a complex system, technical innovation and organizational innovation are important components of it. Collaborative innovation is the development trend on improving the innovative ability in the new period. Collaborative innovation of technical innovation and organizational innovation is an important content of the innovative system. TRIZ is an important theory on technical innovation. Based on the content of technical evolution law of the TRIZ, this paper discusses the relationship between technical innovation and organizational innovation and establishes the collaborative innovation mode of technology and organization based on the TRIZ
