Study on the optimization of human resource structure in rural credit cooperative

The reform of rural cooperative financial institutions have been expanded and deepened constantly. Understanding the shortage of talents clearly, and exploring the way of selection, use and cultivation of personnel actively in rural credit cooperatives, has become an important issue for the relevant parties to study and solve. This paper, from the personnel selecting and using mechanism, training system, and incentive and restraint mechanisms, put forwards some suggests on the optimization of the human resource structure and in order to make it meet financial market development needs more by the policy guidance.
