Formation sequences of FeTaO4 and Pb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3

摘要
Structure developments of FeTaO4 (from Fe2O3 and Ta2O5) and Pb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O-3 (from PbO and FeTaO4) on heat treatments were studied through X-ray spectrum analyses and phase formation sequences are proposed. FeTaO4 was formed to full content after competition with an unknown phase, whereas Pb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O-3 was developed by replacing prior-formed Pb4Ta6O19, Pb2Fe2O5 and unknown phases.
