摘要
The problems relevant to the unemployed of land-lost farmers have gradually come out, Chinese government is obliged to attach much importance to the vocational training programs for land-lost farmers and enhance their employment competitiveness. So far, numerous pertinent policies have been issued both by the Chinese central government and the local governments and have achieved good results. Nevertheless, in the real execution process, defects and inadequacies of policies cannot be avoided both in the theoretical decision-making and drafting process and the actual execution and supervising process. This paper, based on the discovery of the problems and the inadequacies existed in the "Employment Training Policies for Land-lost Farmers", tries to seek for countermeasures relying on principles such as scientific decision-making, lawful drafting, forceful execution and in-place supervision.
