摘要
Pavement maintenance decision-making system based on management environment of highway asset, which involves various types of infrastructure, and it requires us to fully consider the specific maintenance plan of infrastructure, as well as social and economic conditions. Eventually the whole maintenance plan is formed. Aiming at the fuzziness and lack of information during evaluation of pavement maintenance project, the attribute reduction theory of rough set is applied to simplify the initial evaluation index system and determine the reasonable evaluation index system. Set pair analysis (SPA) theory is introducing to build the decision matrix and construct an ideal project, which can help to form linked-matrix between the evaluating and the ideal. Based on the concept of the same degree of size in SPA, it is became more reasonable and more accurate when evaluating the merits of the project.
