Study on the Low-Rent Housing Exit Mechanism in China

In recent years, the number of the China's low-rent housing increases constantly. This growth partially alleviates the growing pressure of tight housing, while the low-rent housing in China is still in short supply. There are some flaws in the exit mechanism of China's low-rent housing, which caused that a large number of low-rent housing can not be recycled. Therefore, the effectiveness of the low-rent housing's original protection didn't fully reflect. This paper, according to the data in China Statistical Yearbook 2004-2010, discussed the difficulties and causes of the exit mechanism for low-rent housing in China, and gave the reasonable policy recommendations. to improve the low-rent housing exit mechanism by analogy analysis and game analysis.
