摘要
Zero Transmission is suitable to high speed machine tool. A high speed spindle unit driven by a build-in motor has been developed. An oil-water heat exchange system is used for cooling the spindle motor. The rotor of motor is directly mounted on the spindle of machine tool without any key or screw nut. The torque which can be transmitted is produced by interference fit between the rotor and the spindle. The spindle is supported by Si3N4 ceramic ball angular contact bearings. An oil-air lubricating system is used for lubricating and cooling the spindle bearings. The high velocity feed unit driven by an induction linear motor has been developed. The rigidity of the table is calculated by Finite Element Method ( FEM) using the software Super SAP.
