摘要：

The transition from a captive AT&T supplier to a global competitor has challenged the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Organization of Lucent Technologies' Power Systems to reinvent itself as a strategic partner within the corporate organization. CFO finds itself changing in the face of new manufacturing strategies, aggressive benchmarking activities, and a massive overhaul of their information technology infrastructure.
