摘要
This paper researches on the optimization method of disassembly sequences based on genetic algorithms (GA). In order to find the best disassembly sequence, the paper gives encoding mode, fitness function, and crossover and mutation method. By adopting adaptive method to change crossover rate and mutation rate, genetic algorithm is improved to ensure its convergence and to accelerate its searching speed of the best solution. The simulation result proves that the improved genetic algorithm is effective when it is used to optimize disassembly sequence.
