摘要
High-speed railway,,with some risk characteristics,is developing very quickly in China,so more attention should be paid to the safety management of CRH(China Railways High-speed). In the paper, many factors,including rules and regulations,fixed equipment, high-speed train, scheduling command, personnel quality, security environment and disaster prevention, were considered to build the safety management mode of CRH.
