Using Meta-Analysis in software metrics

摘要
This paper presents a general software estimation model that uses Meta-Analysis to generalize the knowledge across different software measurement datasets. The paper describes the procedures for using the meta-analytic approach to build a general model for software development. The results show that Meta-Analysis can be used to explain many of the characteristics of software development in terms of its elementary attributes.
