Study on Household Satisfaction in the Housing Industry

The study of the household satisfaction in the housing industry has very important significance. Starting from the empirical investigation research angle, this paper mainly designs a household satisfaction research process in theories. Firstly, based on the introduction of the household satisfaction definition, we establish an initial household satisfaction evaluation index system which will be used to design the investigation sample questionnaire. Then, in order to obtain the final layered evaluation index system, it also makes the reliability analysis and the factor analysis. Finally, a household satisfaction evaluation model is presented based on the hierarchical analysis and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Furthermore, at the end of this article, the practical application of the satisfaction information is also discussed.
