Analysis on Characteristics of Precipitation Change in Tianjin Binhai New Area over the Past 50 Years

摘要
Based on the monthly precipitation of three meteorological stations in Tianjin Binhai Area in recent 50 years, using five-year moving average method, Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and Mann-Kendall test, this paper analyzed the change characteristics of precipitation. The results showed that: annual distribution of precipitation was uneven, mainly concentrated in late July and early August; the fluctuations of annual precipitation have 2 similar to 4-year, 6 similar to 7-year, and 11-year time scales; since 1990s, the mean annual precipitation has reduced continually; the annual precipitation of Hangu was in obvious negative trend and the jump occurred in 1980 and 1991.
