摘要：

The development of an IoT deployment benchmarking framework is proposed. The framework, aimed at supporting policy decision process, expresses visions from 4 different stakeholders and proposes a comprehensive approach including 7 dimensions within a taxonomy to be used as a basis for the selection of benchmarking indicators. A consultative approach based on websurvey and stakeholders interviews is proposed to evaluate robustness of the proposed benchmark
