摘要：
Based on evaluation index system of national high-tech industrial development zone, this issue, with indexes corresponding to four capabilities of industrial upgrading and structural optimization, knowledge creation and technical innovation, internationalization and global competition as well as sustainable development, applies statistics of torch center in the research on national high-tech industrial development zones in Guangdong Province and puts forward some targeted suggestions on overall competitiveness improvement.
