摘要
Without the existence of an extensive system of water supply for population, rural residents in the north-eastern part of Romania provides water directly from underground through wells, floodplains and slopes (affected frequently by landslides). In these circumstances it is necessary to conduct studies related to changes in hydrostatic level underground, especially since in recent years under the impulse of economic growth water-consuming activities (construction, agriculture, etc.), increasing demand for water is very high. Analysis of variance of hydrostatic level was performed on the basis of measurements carried out in 73 hydrogeological wells monitored by the Prut-Barlad Water Administration Branch. The hydro-geologic assessment revealed a significant variation, especially in terms of occurrence of drought (usually in August-September) and depending on the hydro-geological aquifer is confined. The highest variations were recorded under the slopes (based on deluvial and colluvial deposits) and from the alluvial deposits.
