摘要
The land ecological carrying capacity is good for the regional sustainable development strategy. The passage adopts the ecological footprint principle and model, taking 8 districts and 10 counties (city) in Harbin as a case from 1999 to 2009. We combined with the characteristics of economic and social development in Harbin, seeking in resource environmental carrying capacity of the city's sustainable development within the scope of realization ways and measures. The results of the research show that the per capita ecological footprint of Harbin has increased every year, while the per capita ecological deficit is increasing. It must set up a new social economic development mode which is of resource efficient, consumption ecology and concept environmental type.
