摘要：
This paper studies the problem of robust stability analysis and robust stabilization for a class of uncertain linear discrete-time systems with delays in both state and control. The uncertainty is assumed to be norm-bounded. A robust stability criterion and sufficient condition for the existence of memoryless state feedback stabilizing control law, a, are derived. The results are given in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) and can be computed efficiently. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the design method.
