摘要：
Tax havens mean territories which offer numerous tax benefits to offshore companies registered here. Regardless of the legal nature of an investor and its motivation, in the context taking advantage from the benefits of a tax haven, the main problem is that of the objectives to be carried out and their cost. Therefore, the following are required: a juridical, fiscal and financial analysis of the inverstor's situation, as well as knowing the legislation of various tax havens and the advanatges they offer.
