Student learning styles, satisfaction and performance

摘要
This paper reports the results of a study to see if diversity of learning style within groups is related to group member satisfaction and group performance. Also, the level of satisfaction and performance of students in each of Kolb's [8] four learning style categories were compared. We didn't find the relationships that we were looking for, with the exception that significant differences were found in both performance and satisfaction among members in the four different learning style categories. Convergers were the highest performers and assimilators were the most satisfied with their group experience.
