摘要：

A new CMOS low-voltage transconductor suitable for VHF continuous-time filters is proposed. All the problems in [2] are eliminated The output resistance of the transconductor is compensated and the resulting output resistance can be fine-tuned by means of a separate voltage The transconductor has a large bandwidth due to excess phase compensation. The transconductance is tunable with the common-mode voltage. Further, it exhibit low distortion due to the used square-law linearization technique.
