摘要
A water-soluble polysaccharide was isolated from the aqueous extract of Dioscored nipponica Makino. Compositional analysis, IR analysis, methylation analysis, and NMR studies (H-1,C-13, H-1-H-1 COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) revealed the presence of the following repeating unit in the polysaccharide: -> 4)-alpha-D-Glcp-(1 -> 4)-alpha-D-Glcp-(1 -> 4)-alpha-D-Glcp-(1 -> 4)-alpha-D-Glcp-(1 -> 6)-2-O-Me-beta-D-Glcp-(1 -> 6)-beta-D-Glcp-(1 -> 4 up arrow 1-beta-D-Glcp/2-D-Fruf (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd.
