摘要
The extensive usage of social networking sites (SNS) has determined obvious changes in online consumer behavior. This paper presents an overview of relevant literature on SNS and the tendencies in consumer behavior as result of increasing involvement in social networks. Marketers should acknowledge the influence of social networks in the online environment and they should integrate and implement social media campaigns in the company's online marketing strategy.
